Booking conditions

• With your booking you accept following terms:   up to 3 weeks before your date of arrival : free cancellation. On this date your reservation needs to be  reconfirmed and will be final.

• ​Only for serious reasons we accept a cancellation. We ask you to urgently notify any cancellation and with due cause.

• We are a family that lives off the earnings of hospitaly and  room rent,  hence it is important to understand any kind of cancellation. We therefore ask you to give us feedback on the cancellation. We try to avoid too many restrictive rules but we do ask you to make reservations with the outmost seriousness .​

•  Precisely this seriousness of your booking is very much appreciated. We wish to express a great concern about a 'hotel shopping online' or animous booking behaviour, in which different dates and accomodations are opted, taking up undecided or opportune reservations for cancelling afterwards only to personal convenience. These reservations often occur through the different platsforms as for ex. Booking.com, making it particularly difficult organizing our work. Blocking rooms, even for one night, only for personal convenience, does not only deny other guests the chance to book and stay with us,  but it also deprives and ensured income, just like many employees or workmen have.  We therefore ask you to consider your reservation with great sincerity so we can avoid implementing stricter booking terms.

• With your booking, either booked directly or by the plattform Booking.com, as a guest you accept the house rules of the agriturismo (see 'prices').
